Technical Support
IWT is an IT and Admin support company providing support services primarily to the call centre industry. We are looking for a 1st line technical support member of staff to join our IT team.
The primary function will be to provide 1st line support to call centre, sales and back office staff.
Role:
- Establishing configuring and troubleshooting user accounts
- General troubleshooting of any PC or Telephony problems
- PC and telephone installation and configuration
- Stock management for spare PC/Phones
- Use of in-house applications
- General IT duties
Required:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows PC support is essential
- MS Office, Outlook
- Self starter and quick learner and able to work without supervision
Other skills that would be advantageous:
- Previous experience in an IT support role, direct marketing or telemarketing company
- Experience with Networking
- In-house VOIP telephony
- ISA server management
- HTML
- Any experience with other programming languages
Candidates must be able to drive, demonstrate the ability to start, manage and finish tasks unsupervised and take pride in creating quality work.

Salary:
The salary for this role will be between £17,000-£21,000 depending ability and experience.
